September 2020 – first two day course since Lockdown!

On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2020, the first two day course for Washinkai students took place at the Waterlooville Community Centre, Hampshire.

It was an opportunity for all those students to take their Dan gradings who were unable to grade in the summer due to Covid-19.

Clubs with instructors attended from London, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent.  Numbers attending had to be restricted due to ‘social distancing’.  However, priority was given to students who were grading and their instructors.

Congratulations go to:

Martin Pike, 3rd Dan, Tolworth and Lizzie Hensman, 3rd Dan, Tolworth, Trevor Starkey, 2nd Dan, Denmead, James Jenkinson, 2nd Dan, Tolworth, Mike Aldridge, 1st Dan, Dover and Andrew Dunam, 1st Dan, Dover, Troy Wright, 1st Dan, Lydd and Molly Herriott, 1st Dan, Lydd

The next course will be on Saturday 3rd October at our Dover Club.
